- User / You — Any natural person who creates a Qleera account or uses Qleera services
- Qlist — Your curated collection of brands and products you explicitly save
- Pass — A brand or product you have marked to avoid
- Echo — A real post-usage experience you share about a product, including aspect ratings and verbatim feedback
- PLM — "People Like Me" — matching by life context
- Gift Profile — A shareable profile to help someone recommend gifts
- AI Assistant — The host AI (ChatGPT, Claude) through which you access Qleera
