Qleera helps ChatGPT and Claude make product recommendations that fit you better. It can use the preferences you asked it to remember and relevant experiences from people with similar needs. Your AI assistant remains the place where you ask the question and receive the answer.

There are two relevant routes. A published ChatGPT App is found through the App Directory, connected to your account and then invoked with @Qleera or through + → More. A Qleera GPT is opened through a direct link or Explore GPTs and used as a specialized ChatGPT conversation. Qleera should provide the direct destination for the route it asks you to use.

The Qleera App connects Qleera's external product capabilities to ChatGPT and can be called from supported conversations after you connect it. The Qleera GPT is a configured version of ChatGPT designed specifically for the Qleera experience. A GPT may itself use connected Apps, but the App and the GPT remain different ChatGPT surfaces.

Open Qleera in the ChatGPT App Directory, select Connect, review the information ChatGPT says may be shared and complete any Qleera authorization requested. Once connected, invoke Qleera by typing @Qleera in your prompt or by selecting it through + → More. ChatGPT may also suggest a relevant connected App during a conversation.

Open the direct Qleera GPT link or find Qleera through Explore GPTs, sign in to ChatGPT and start a conversation. On ChatGPT web, you can also type @ in an existing conversation to bring in a GPT while keeping the current context. On iOS and Android, OpenAI currently says to open the GPT from the GPTs menu or sidebar instead.

App availability can depend on the App's publication status, your country or region, your ChatGPT plan and your workspace settings. Business, Enterprise and Edu administrators can control which Apps and GPTs members may access. A direct Qleera link should reduce discovery friction, but it cannot override OpenAI or workspace access rules.

No. You can use Qleera inside ChatGPT or Claude. The Qleera GPT offers a dedicated conversation, while the Qleera App and Claude connector bring Qleera capabilities into supported conversations on those assistants.

There is no separate Qleera mobile app or browser extension required for these routes. In ChatGPT, you connect the Qleera App or open the Qleera GPT. In Claude, you add or connect Qleera through the Connectors settings. Authentication and permissions may be requested during the first connection.

Qleera needs a way to associate the preferences and products you choose to keep with you. If account connection is required, the setup appears during your first @Qleera interaction. You then return to the ChatGPT conversation to continue.

Calling @Qleera does not mean giving Qleera unrestricted access to your entire ChatGPT history. Qleera works with the information made available during the active interaction and the information held in your Qleera profile. ChatGPT's own data handling remains governed by your OpenAI settings and terms.

Qleera can remember product-related information you choose to keep, such as needs, sizes, routines, tastes, budget, values, products you love and things you want to avoid. You can review, correct or remove profile information through the available Qleera controls.

A general recommendation often starts with product information, reviews and popularity. Qleera adds personal context and relevant experience from real use. This can help ChatGPT explain why an option may fit your situation, where it may fail and which trade-offs deserve attention.

It means people whose needs or circumstances are relevant to the decision—not people who are identical to you. For skincare, sensitivity and routine may matter. For a stroller, car size and daily use may matter. Qleera uses the context that is useful for the category instead of relying only on demographics or average ratings.

Qleera should not force a weak match. ChatGPT can still answer using its normal product knowledge, while Qleera makes clear when sufficiently relevant lived experience is unavailable. Limited evidence is more useful when it is stated honestly.

No. A brand cannot buy visibility, a higher position, a favorable recommendation or the removal of a negative experience. Brands can use anonymized Qleera Insights to understand customer experience and improve products, but they cannot purchase influence over your answer.

Yes. Qleera is free to use. Sponsored results and affiliate commissions do not determine which products Qleera brings into a recommendation.

Qleera structures the product preferences a user chooses to keep, finds relevant accounts of real product use and returns selected context to the AI assistant for the current question. The language model still generates the conversational answer; Qleera supplies specialist recommendation context.

Open Customize → Connectors in Claude, choose Add custom connector and enter https://qleera.com/mcp as the remote MCP server URL. Authenticate when requested. In a conversation, use + → Connectors to enable Qleera. Team and Enterprise workspaces require an owner to add the connector to the organization before members connect individually.

Model Context Protocol, or MCP, is the open standard Claude uses to connect to external tools and data. The Qleera remote MCP server can expose typed tools and resources for profile and recommendation information. Claude requests the relevant Qleera capability, receives the selected context and remains the conversational model that produces the answer.
